The Hong Kong Journal of Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Midwifery (HKJGOM) is published by the HKAM Press on behalf of The Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Midwives Association. It is circulated to all members of the Society.

It is published one issue a year in July.

Circulation
Members of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Midwives Association receive the Journal as part of their membership.

Correspondence regarding permission to reprint all or part of any articles published in this Journal should be addressed to the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Midwives Association. This consent does not extend to other kinds of copying, such as copying for general distribution, for advertising and promotional purposes, for creating new collective works, or for resale.

Reprints are available at authors' expenses. Ordering information can be obtained from the Publisher (hkampress@hkam.org.hk)

Member subscriptions
Members of The Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society of Hong Kong (OGSHK) and The Hong Kong Midwives Association receive the Journal as part of their membership. Members are reminded that if their subscriptions are out of date, the Journal cannot be supplied.

Non-member subscriptions
The subscription rates per copy, payable in advance, are HK$200/year for Hong Kong delivery and US$50/year for airmail delivery outside Hong Kong. Cheque should be made payable to The Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society of Hong Kong. For order, claims, and journal enquires: please contact Dr SK Lam (lamsk@ha.org.hk) or Dr Dominic FH Li (dfhli@hkstar.com) at The Obstetrical Gynaecological Society of Hong Kong, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, 4/F, 15 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong. Subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only and are entered on a calendar year basis. Issues are sent by standard mail. Claims for missing issues should be made within six months of the date of dispatch.
