Periodicals / Journals
Send us information of the periodical, including its title, frequency, format (size), average number of pages per issue or volume, the intended audience, and details of the contact person. If there are any past issues, please send a complete volume to us.

Monographs / Anniversary Books / Others
Below serves as some guidelines for potential authors. These notes are not exhaustive, since different projects will be evaluated by the Publications Committee accordingly. Do feel free to contact our staff for advice or information.

Please provide a brief synopsis of the publication. The synopsis should be about 500 words long and summarise the topic, your aims, intended audience, scope, and length of this publication.

Topic: What is the provisional title of this publication? What is its subject?

Aims and significance: Why is this new publication needed? What do you think the readers will gain from it?

Intended audience: Who are the intended audience of this publication? Who are the potential buyers?

Scope: What is included? What is left out, and why? Is there any preliminary Table of Contents ready?

Length: What is the estimated total number of words/printed pages, and the total number and type of illustrations.
