General information
The Hong Kong Dental Journal (HKDJ) is published by the HKAM Press on behalf of the Hong Kong Dental Association. It is circulated to all members of the Association.

Submission of manuscripts
Manuscripts for publication should be mailed to the Hong Kong Dental Association office. Authors are advised to read the Information for Authors, which appears on the last page in every issue and on the Journal's website at www.hkda.org/hkdj/, before submission.

Frequency
It is published two times a year-January and July.

Circulation
Members of the Hong Kong Dental Association receive the Journal as part of their membership.

Advertising rates and order forms
Correspondence regarding advertising should be addressed to the Hong Kong Dental Association office. Advertising guidelines are available upon request.

Permissions
Correspondence regarding permission to reprint all or part of any articles published in this Journal should be addressed to the Hong Kong Dental Association office. This consent does not extend to other kinds of copying, such as copying for general distribution, for advertising and promotional purposes, for creating new collective works, or for resale.

Reprints
For 100 or more copies of an article in this publication, please contact the Hong Kong Dental Association office. Reprint of single article is available on request by purchasing with HK$30 or US$5 on hkdj@hkda.org

Member subscriptions
Members of the Hong Kong Dental Association receive the Journal as part of their membership. Members are reminded that if their subscriptions are out of date, the Journal cannot be supplied.

Non-member subscriptions
The subscription rate per copy, payable in advance, is: individual rate (non-HKDA member) HK$80, local dental student rate HK$40, for all areas outside Hong Kong US$15. Cheque should be made payable to Hong Kong Dental Association (Ltd.). For order, claims, and journal enquires: please contact the HKDA office at 8/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, 15 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong SAR, China. Subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only and are entered on a calendar year basis. Issues are sent by standard mail. Claims for missing issues should be made within six months of the date of dispatch.
